Travel & Expense (T&E) Policy for On-Site Visits & Events
What are the travel requirements for in-person conventions, meetings, or site visits?
For all requested on-site appearances—including conventions, dental meetings, and private office site visits—the following non-negotiable travel policy applies:
  • Airline Requirements: All air travel must be booked on either Delta Airlines or United Airlines.
  • Class of Service: Travel must be in Business Class (or the highest available equivalent).
  • Payment Terms: All travel and related expenses must be paid in full, up front, and in advance of the visit.
  • Booking: No travel will be booked or completed until payment has been received and confirmed.
