1. Membership Transition

  • Concierge to Premium: Most doctors start with a Concierge membership to get oriented and scaled. After 3-6 months, you can comfortably switch to a Premium membership.
  • Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days’ advance notice and (one full billing cycle).

2. Refund Policy

  • Fees and credits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another provider.

3. Concierge Membership Availability

  • We limit Concierge Memberships to 20 per month per instructor.
  • Reactivation: If you cancel and later wish to reactivate, availability or instructor assignment cannot be guaranteed. You’ll be subject to the most recent fees (see pricing details).
  • Deactivation Impact: Once your account is deactivated, your Secure Mail portal will be deactivated, and all historical communication and documentation will be deleted.

4. Auto-Renewal & Billing

  • No Contract: All plans are on auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Prorating: We cannot prorate billing cycles. Please be aware of your billing date and plan to cancel at least 30 days in advance.
  • Single Month Option: If you only want one month, you must notify us the same day you subscribe that you plan to cancel after one month.

5. How to Cancel

  • Email Only: To cancel, email us at info@straightsmilesolutions.com.
  • No Secure Mail: Secure Mail messages cannot be used for cancellations due to ADA Secure Mail Policy.

Your membership will be canceled at the end of your next full billing cycle.
