This is PER case PER meeting – up to 20 minutes PER MEETING- 10% off 5 or more cases, 20% off or more. I STRONGLY recommend you go through ALL the secure mail and audit it first before shutting this down because once you do, we can’t recover the data. 

Concierge prices do go up every year. Rate may change yearly. These cases expire after 12 months.

Option 3: The Step-Down-Plan (Aka- it’s a Billable Hour Retainer Plan that Expires in 1 Year)- this option is ONLY available to current StraightSmile Solutions Customers who have been with us for at least 1 full year.

That’s why I recommend a retainer. Basically, it means I stick with you for the long haul.

• Regular check-ins: Monthly or quarterly, whatever works
• On-call advice: Just ping me when you want to chat!

The fine print:

Hourly retainer -$1000 per HOUR plus tax (that’s cheaper than 3 cases) or $900 per hour if you purchase 5 or more hours, $800 per hour for 10 or more hours (and so on)- all hourly. This hourly rate will increase in 2026.

These hourly retainers expire after 12 months.

Phone calls and zooms are rounded up to the nearest 10 minute increment

Text Messages and Emails are rounded up to the nearest 5 minute increment 

You will be given a goole drive link to monitor your remaining balance and you’ll be notified when you have <15 minutes left to see if you want to reload. 

Updated retainer balances are sent after every meeting. Phone calls, zoom calls, emails AND texts all count towards communication logs. This is also an option for industry professionals or expert networks.
