You can buy the 3/16 medium elastics and buttons from the Invisalign store.

3/16 medium is for slot to button (1/4 medium if they have big teeth)
3/16 light is for slot to slot
3/16 heavy for button to button

Elastics need to be changed at least 4 times a day.
